The smart sensor and ankle band can be worn on either ankle. Position the ankle band with the smart sensor on the fleshy part just above the ankle bone. It should fit snugly without sliding or rotating but not so tight as to cause discomfort. Ensure the gold metal contact point on the inside of the smart sensor makes direct skin contact for accurate readings.
Yes, the smart sensor and ankle band have a low profile and can be worn under clothing. Ensure the ankle band is not too tight and that clothing does not interfere with its placement to maintain accurate functionality.
The smart sensor is water-resistant but not waterproof. Do not submerge or wash the smart sensor.
Remove the smart sensor before cleaning. Hand wash the ankle band with soap and water, then lay it flat to air dry. The ankle band is not machine washable.
