Limited Warranty
Subject to any below exceptions, Hälsa Baby warrants that all of our products for purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase as established by the purchase receipt (the“Limited Warranty”). This Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser of Hälsa Baby products.
At its option, Hälsa Baby may repair or replace the defective product or defective component part(s) in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty Period. The replacement unit will be warranted only for the unexpired period of the original product’s applicable warranty period. This Limited Warranty does not apply if the Hälsa Baby product has been damaged as a result of misuse, modifications or improper maintenance. This Limited Warranty is the only warranty for the Hälsa Baby product. No one is authorized to make any other warranty on behalf of thisproduct. Some states or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or for the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on the laws of your state or country.

The Hälsa Baby Smart Sensor, Camera, Hub and App are intended to act as an aid in caring for your baby and are not intended to replace, be used without, or in lieu of, monitoring by a responsible adult.
By using Hälsa Baby products, the user agrees that Hälsa Baby Inc., including its agents, employees, investors and members shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury arising in connection with the use or operation of any Hälsa Baby product, regardless of cause.
Hälsa Baby products are not medical devices. They are not intended for use as a medical device or to replace a medical device. Hälsa Baby products do not and are not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, mitigate or prevent any disease or health condition or affect the structure or function of any part or physiological process. Please contact your licensed healthcare professional for any medical needs.
By using any Hälsa Baby product, the user agrees and affirms that any dispute, that takes place outside of arbitration, arising out of the user’s use or operation of the product shall be brought and heard in a court of competent jurisdiction in Dallas County, Dallas, Texas.

WARNING & IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION FOR HÄLSA BABY ALL-IN-ONE WELLNESS MONITOR
WARNING: The Hälsa Baby All-In-One Wellness Monitor is NOT a medical device. The Hälsa Baby Smart sensor notifies you if your baby’s heart rate or blood oxygen levels are outside of the customized range established by the user. The Hälsa Baby All-In-One Wellness Monitor is generally designed for babies who are newborns to eighteen months old. The Hälsa Baby All-In-One Wellness Monitor is not a medical device, and it is not intended to:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease or injury
- Affect the function or structure of the body
It is essential that all persons who are expected to operate or adjust the Hälsa Baby product read the instructions carefully, and that they understand how to properly operate and follow the instructions.

For INDOOR use only. DO NOT use HUB/Sensor near water (such as bathtub, sink, etc.) or submerge in water. To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, DO NOT expose this product to water or moisture.
NEVER attempt to disassemble the product. This is dangerous and will void the warranty.
SOUND: Sound levels of the device may reach up to 85-90 Decibels at Maximum Volume in some instances. Your baby's hearing is sensitive and can be easily damaged by loud noises. To ensure the safety and well-being of your child, please be mindful of the volume levels on your Hälsa Baby All-In-One Wellness Monitor.
POWER CORD PROTECTION: NEVER attempt to use cord without the protective covering. Check protective covering before each use to ensure that the cord is not exposed to your child. Immediately discontinue use if the protective covering is damaged or broken.
VENTILATION: DO NOT block ventilation openings. DO NOT place on a bed, sofa, rug or similar surface. DO NOT place in a bookcase or cabinet that may restrict airflow. Avoid exposing the product to excessive dust or debris. Keep the product in a clean and dust-free environment whenever possible.
HEAT: The monitor should be situated away from heat sources, such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other appliances that produce heat. Also, keep these components out of direct sunlight.
OPTIMAL OPERATING Temperature & Humidity Range: 0⁰C to 33⁰C & humidity 10% to 95% relative humidity, non-condensing.
STORAGE Temperature & Humidity Range:(-10) ⁰C to 45 ⁰C & humidity 5% to 90%, relative humidity, non-condensing.
STRANGULATION HAZARD — Children have STRANGLED in cords. This device is designed to be used behind a standard crib and against the wall only. Adult assembly is required. Keep small parts away from children when assembling. This product cannot replace adult supervision. Ensure your child’s health by checking on him/her regularly. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with it.
The environmental measurement range of the product is 5°C –60°C and is not suitable for use in harsh environments below 5°C or above 60°C.
The humidity measurement range of this product is 0–99% RH, keep away from extreme humidity. This product is only intended for use as a healthy lifestyle tool and cannot be used as a measuring tool."
