Return Policy

For any issues related to the systems or accessories ordered, please contact Customer Service any time between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Within 45 days of your purchase of any Hälsa Baby product, you may return it and receive a full refund. The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping and handling charges 
  • Taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) 
  • BabyLiveAdvice™ Subscriptions

To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Initiate a return within 45 days from the date of purchase;
  • The product must have been originally purchased from our website, halsababy.com 
  • Return the system and/or accessory, including all parts included in the original packaging, in good working physical condition.

Once the return has been initiated, you will receive an email with a shipping label and information on how to pack and track the product. Once we receive the product, our team members will inspect it for damage. We will issue a full refund to you within approximately ten (10) business days, unless (i) you ordered a replacement, in which case we’ll send you a new product, or (ii) the product you returned is physically damaged, in which case we reserve the right to issue either a partial refund or no refund based on our assessment of the damage. We will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.

Before you get started with setting up your new Hälsa Baby monitor, please read these important tips to help ensure a seamless set-up process.

  • When the baby is moving, vital readings will pause and not be displayed. The baby needs to be resting, without any movement or wiggling, in order for the vitals to display.
  • For initial setup, place the smart sensor on the charging ring without the ankle band.
  • The light on the smart sensor will emit three different lights: solid red (battery is dead), solid green (in the process of charging) and blinking green (ready to continue setup ).
  • Three different sizes of ankle bands are provided so you may choose the best fit for your baby. All three ankle bands are located in the “ankle band” box, just be sure to lift the trifold insert.
  • Proper placement of the smart sensor within the ankle band and position on your baby’s ankle are important in order to gather vital readings.

On the smart sensor, the clear plastic piece measures oxygen saturation and heart rate while the metal circle measures skin temperature variation. If you are not receiving vital readings, ensure the fabric on the ankle band does not cover these sensors.

You should be able to fit your pinky in between the band and your baby’s ankle without too much resistance.
